If there actually are riots: Kroger is about 7 blocks down from Walmart. The set-up is Walmart at one end of the street and HEB at the other end of the street with Kroger in the middle. I think they will skip upscale Kroger and head to HEB after Walmart. Kroger will be the last to be robbed if riots continue. I actually believe there would be a police response to guard the Kroger as it is one of their premiere stores. If they don’t shoot to stop the rioters, yes, they will be overrun and the Kroger goes down, too, but later than Walmart and HEB.
Better to avoid all the drama if/when they riot in/around the walmart.
