SAN DIEGO – Former San Diego Mayor Bob Filner, driven from office by sexual harassment allegations, was charged Tuesday with felony false imprisonment and two counts of misdemeanor battery involving three women.

So far only “charged”. Do you really think they’ll prosecute this demokkkrat pos? I’d be surprised if the city doesn’t “settle” with the alleged victims in some manner.

He’s not going to prison:
Under the agreement, Filner will serve probation for three years and “home confinement” for three months. He will be barred from public office, prohibited from voting while on probation, and forced to surrender part of his pension.
Rats don’t go to prison for multiple felonies.
