I’ve worked in IT systems development for almost 20 years. Mostly on the business/management analysis and requirement management side. If what’s being said about the underlying architecture being fubar, it’s at least an 18 month fix. Probably more like 24 months. Minimum. Especially given US Government procurement regs.
