Senate just sitting there now, no one addressing floor, CSPAN playing classical music...

if there is some urgency, why is the senate not voting on their CR to raise the debt limit ASAP (now)???

Sheesh, if there is a crisis in a few hours, why is the Senate wasting time and not voting right now?
