I thought Alabama decided not to have a CommieCare exchange?

Nothing to do with exchanges. Unless policy meets the minimum coverages mandated ( there’s that word again) no policy.

Exchanges are irrelevant to this - Obamacare made the plans illegal.

Every state must have an exchange. The only choice is to have the state set one up or the feds establish one. 33 states chose to have the feds run it. I presume AL was one of the 33.

That's just it the law won't allow Anthem sell that policy. The federal govt runs the exchange.
