Some hospitals are asking that the deductible be paid up front before major care. Imagine a 28 year old coughing up $5,000 to get health care. 80% or more wont be able to scape up this money.

Imagine a 28 year old coughing up $5,000 to get health care. 80% or more wont be able to scape up this money. And my deductible is yearly. Is this deductible once for life if the same treatment for same health problem. If you have to change hospitals, $5000 again? Lots of questions.
