Not really a Michael Savage fan but I do like his statement “when democrats and republicans come together and agree on something there’s one thing you can take to the bank. The American people are getting screwed”
I’m no Michael Weiner fan either, but even if he appropriated that statement elsewhere, he still nailed it.
I think Lonegan would have won if the state GOP and the Governor had at least pretended to be on the same team.
We should never ever support RINO’s since in their spot, the RINO’s don;t lift a finger to help us.
Weiner is a progressive socialist masquerading as something else.
It’s a pretty transparent masquerade.
New Jersey is a Democrat state, and Christie is a Democrat posing as a RINO. Of course they love him./
Someone is pushing this RINO.
I really do think NJ republican need to stop running for office. It’s like Lucy with the football each and every time. The dems want the state, let them have it. Move to South Carolina (or even North Carolina) and leave the state to the dems. They will totally destroy it in a matter of a few years without the pubbies pulling their XXX out of the fire. After it’s been destroyed you can move back and make it truly the garden state once more.
It’s twue. Tom Kean is back... and this time he’s a blustering fat f**k.
Bush, Dole, Bush, Bush, McCain, Romney, Christy...
I’ll bet there are plenty of GOPe folks just salivating at the mere thought...
He might have, if that fat bastid had put the election on the same day as HIS election and campaigned with him. I honesty don’t know if Pizza the Hutt actually even wanted Lonegan to win, he appeared to not want Romney to win. Now he can handpick a RINO to run next year for the full term.
BTW “Christie is on track to be the first Republican to win more than 50 percent of votes cast in New Jersey since 1985. “, not true, HW Bush in 1988 won a majority.
Booker has that seat for life if he wants it. He and Christie are pals.
I don’t know about that, he seems to be a clown, I see him resigning in disgrace for some reason, at some point.
bump
I prefer Carlin's version...."The word 'bipartisan' means that some larger-than-usual deception is being carried out."
I'm sure they mean Governor, not President. Kean won a massive landslide in 1985. A mile wide and an inch deep. He did nothing for the GOP and the Dems took it back when his term ended. The execrable Whitman couldn't muster 50% either time she ran.
Carlin was 100% right in that assessment.
Who cares? Winning doesn’t matter if winning means being a Democrat. I wouldn’t care if Christie had a 99% approval rating it would be worthless.
