Looks like Francisco Rafael Arellano Felix was shot by a clown at a family gathering. There has to be a joke or a childhood nightmare in there somewhere.

The comedy Real Men, starring James Belushi and John Ritter, included a “rogue” group of FBI agents-killers who dressed as clowns.
It kind of makes me wonder whether the US government has a team of clown-assassins outside of the White House.

It took more than an hour for authorities to arrive to the scene, it took about 5 hours for them to do their investigations at the scene.Looks as if they weren't in any hurry to catch anyone. Might have been a government/military guy. But I thought most of them were 'bought' so maybe it was a rival group.
