From HHS - In the interest of equality and fairness, beginning Jan. 2014, an equal percentage of straight white men will be required to submit to in injection containing a super hot dose of the HIV virus. Participants will be drawn randomly from IRS records for inclusion in this mandatory federal program, named The Fairness Inoculation.
The virus must be racist since the outcomes prove it must be discriminating against blacks. This virus redistribution plan will help provide appropriate reparations for disadvantaged populations.
