His masters do want a military composed of minorities, weird women and degenerates. The rule is keep the population divided into squabbling groups unable to resist. The minorities, weird women and degenerates will fire on people when the Social War actually gets really hot. Thus a purge is necessary necessary. We are already in the early stages of a Social War. I may even live to see mass shooting and burning and I'm old.

On the other hand some of those fired may actually have been drunks and gamblers in which case they should be thrown out. That is the unfortunate side effect of governance by lying we cannot tell the real reason for the firings.

If it is a purge then eventually one of those purged will "blow the whistle" not withstanding the threat to revoke their pension.

There will be trouble coming. These black gangs on whites attacks are begging for a reaction. Are they somehow “orchestrated”? No, I doubt it. But they are culturally encouraged. When they attacked an armed couple, there will be an excuse.
