The White House has the means, opportunity and motivation to do so. It has also engaged in similar acts, such as Fast and Furious and Benghazi that indicate an inclination and willingness to use these methods. Suspicions surrounding topics such as the motivation for Justice Roberts’ Obamacare opinion and the unprecedented duplicity of some Republican legislators should now be treated with a high level of confidence.
