saquin @saquin 44m
@DanaBashCNN I suspect the WH would have no problem with that.

adeles @adeleshiv 44m
@DanaBashCNN @JeanneShaheen Really? Then why did they shut down the govt.. That’s all the folks asked for .. delay of mandate..

Grant Bosse @grantbosse 37m
@DanaBashCNN @JeanneShaheen With so many big pieces of act delayed, why not just push back mandate and fines a year?

Just saw this on Market Watch, they are speculating that obama will delay the penalty on the personal mandate.

Ted Cruz has indeed been 100% vindicated

BUT!

DO NOT LET THEM HAVE THE DELAY

The law’s rollout is a disaster. We keep it from being delayed, and it burns in the air. Just say, the Democrats had their chance to delay the law, they missed it.

I want to see Gay Hagan have to defend this monstrosity.

DO NOT LET THEM HAVE THE DELAY

Amen.

It's settled law after all. Only terrorists, anarchists, and arsonists would hold a passed, signed, supreme-court settled law hostage.

I want to see Mark Pryor defend it too! After all he voted for the damn thing TWICE! And his phones were all ‘busy’ as in TURNED OFF during the government shut down. He didn’t want to hear anything from Arkansans obviously.

He has his head stuck up a bunch of liberal’s *sses in DC so we are just in his way when he votes, but come election time, we are all so ‘important’.

Campaigns as a conservative, votes like a liberal (the real Mark Pryor)!

“It’s settled law fer crying out loud.”

Except for the parts that Obama has changed ON HIS OWN...

like business mandates

The law can change any time for any reason as long as Obama is the one changing it all by himself.

Let them have the delay! Once that mandate is enforced, you'll never get rid of it.

It's not about electing Republicans. It's about stopping Obamacare. If the Republicans want to get re-elected, get in front of issues (as Cruz and his supporters did) that matter to people, instead of playing your stupid RINO games.

Delay for 6 months maximum. That gives the voters 6 months real experience to choke on it before the 2014 elections. Make it a campaign issue.

If they delay it, you know what will happen. They’ll win in 2014, because nobody will remember Obamacare, and then the mandate will kick in straight after election day. Then there is a long 2 years before anybody is up for reelection again.

The mandate will not be around forever if the law completely disintegrates, which it will if the website does not start running correctly soon and picks up the slack. It won’t be able to fund itself.

Why are all these red state Demonrats begging for a delay. Because they know if this law is a disaster (which it is starting to become clear it is) they will be wiped out. Pryor, Begich, Hagan, Landrieu, all of them.

Jim Abeler is running in Minnesota as well last I heard.

And here is Terri Lynn Land’s website

http://www.terrilynnland.com/

(Side note, Champ Edmunds has supposedly agreed to drop out of the Montana race if Daines enters)
