They should strip looter-class Detroiters of their right to vote and evict them from the city. Then, turn half of Detroit, complete with murder chalk-lines, into a museum detailing how liberalism communism destroys everything it touches.

They can charge admission and use the proceeds to pay off Detroit's debts.
