He can't do this, it's illegal under his POS law. Just like the waivers. When are the Republicans going to start filing lawsuits?
Also, someone mentioned that the delay will give POSOTUS time to fix the wording so the current lawsuits against Commiecare can be nullified.

But he cannot re-write it. Only Congress can do that.
