I am hoping this goes through and gets rid of Obamacare:
H.Res.153 - Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2009 violates article I, section 7, clause 1 of the United States Constitution because it was a ”Bill for raising Revenue’’ that did not originate in the House of Representatives.

Sorry this is not going anywhere. The courts have held that the Congress can in effect do whatever they want in this regard. It is called the Origination Clause or Revenue Clause. The bill started in the House was gutted in the Senate but the courts will never overturn as the House did not object to the Senate “stealing\” the legislation. This is a dead end.
