the guy sounds like a maniacal homosexual and I'm glad he lost "his" children....a guy who hopes a young woman blows her brains out with a gun and it wouldn't bother him is not a father, probably not much of a man either....

In Ohio, one of legal age can say yes and take part in sex; however, if it is proven that she/he was under the influence of substances and was in a state where proper decisions can’t be made it is still rape. If the girl has any amount of alcohol in her, she can cry rape after the fact, no matter how enthusiastically she participated at the time.
Yet, if the guy is completely drunk, he is still held completely responsible for his actions.
Yes, I understand the law, and the law is an ass.

The new feminist "morality" that covers this sort of conduct was in evidence in this article from a denizen of the university: Parents should also scratch that college off the list for any sons who they do not wish stuck with false rape charges.
We need a new term for "intoxicated sex" (like "intoxicated sex"), and leave "rape" for cases where the girl was made to submit by force or explicit threat of violence.
