EXCLUSIVE: Terry McAuliffe has promised voters he is committed to transparency, but in the final days of a Virginia governor’s race he leads, the Democrat has steadfastly refused to explain a complicated financial arrangement involving several family trusts and a union-owned insurance and investment company.

For the arrangement...

When I took graduate Business Finance at the Ohio State University, my professor taught me to look at the top line (revenue) more than the bottom line (profit).

This is because in between the top line and bottom line of an income statement, there can be a lot of monkey business going on.

Global Crossing (aka Terry McAuliff’s fraud) was the first of many companies in the tech bubble to prove my professor wrong.

Normally in a business, you can’t fake the top line. Either you are selling cookies, cakes, automobiles or whatever or you are not selling them.

What Global Crossing did was sell transpacific telecommunications and they did manage to fake the top line.

What they did was they “sold electrons” to a shell company who bought the same electrons back. You can’t do this with cookies or cars or doughnuts, but moving electrons are really cheap (actually close to zero in cost).

So telecom traffic at global crossing shows a nice steady revenue stream when in reality it is all an “electron accounting scam”. You can’t do this scam with real stuff.

Secrecy wrapped in the rhetoric of transparency-people will believe what they’re told over what they see with their own eyes.

Hmmm...he’s been reading the Obama playbook. If Virginia elects this clown they are just plain stupid.

Nice insight. The G/C scams were legion....political insiders got rich. L/E's lack of manpower prevented rooting out a myriad of crooked schemes inherent in G/C. Another way the crooks inadvertently show their hand is their tax returns entry for "interest income."

THE MODUS OPERANDI? When he went to jail, investigators found Ponzi King Madoff had stashed billions offshore---into a labyrinth of financial entities. Some $8.9 billion was funneled to Madoff through a dozen so-called feeder funds based in Europe, the Caribbean and Central America......a labyrinth of hedge funds, management companies and service providers that, to unsuspecting outsiders, seemed to compose a formidable system of checks and balances.

But the purpose of this complex architecture was just the opposite: the feeder funds provided different modes for directing money to Madoff in order to avoid scrutiny.

===========================================================

Terry is sucking up at the Clinton pile, as well.

Billy Boy Clinton was grinning like a simpering fool at the annual meeting of the tax-exempt Clinton Global Initiative Foundation....notwithstanding the bombshell news that the Clintons had employed a Muzzie terrorist....and the Clinton Foundations were outed for shady dealings and runaway spending.

==============================================

THE CLINTON FOUNDATIONS / MUSLIM TERRORISM CONNECTION --- The Muslim terrorist working at the Clinton Foundation AND conducting terrorist activities at the same time, explains why the Clintons just remade themselves into the hallowed "Clinton Family Foundation."

The "Holy Family."

The Clintons' 24/7 self-promotion--a familiar do-good liberal schtick: whining about "helping" the needy, and hoping to make a buck on it. The Clintons' shady proclivities are unveiled in the recent NYT story. Corruption, greed, entitlement, nepotism, cronyism. The Clintons didn't have a pot to *** in in Arkansas---never even had a home to call their own. Now they're multi millionaires.......the connivers have perfected the scam WRT gaming the govt system for themselves.

=====================================

NY POST EXCERPT ----The Bill Clinton Foundation has spent more than $50 million on travel expenses — Bill Clinton’s foundation has spent more than $50 million on travel expenses since 2003, an analysis of the nonprofit’s tax forms reveal.....includes $4.2 million in 2011 for the William J. Clinton Foundation (to which Hillary and Chelsea are attached); $730,000 for the Clinton Global Health Initiative; and $7.2 million for the Clinton Health Action Initiative (CHAI).

==============================================

How many ways can the conniving Clintons use their name to launder money?

<><> The William J. Clinton Family Foundation......

<><> the Clinton Global Health Initiative......

<><> the Clinton Health Action Initiative (CHAI).

More importantly, what is the connection between Corzine's MF Global, Teneo (which paid Bill Clinton $50,000 per month), The Clintons multiple tax-exempt foundations, and Muslim money-Laundering?

===========================================

The more cynical among us might wonder about : and the Clintons' Foundations are money laundering for the Muslim Brotherhood.

<><> Teneo Holdings---Clinton is Bd Chair---hirted out as strategic advisors,"

<><>Huma Abedin had “State Dept special status" while a private contractor for Teneo Holdings,

<><> Obama pal Jon Corzine and his failed investment company (MFG "misplaced" $1.4 Billion)

<><> Corzine hired Teneo and Bill Clinton @ $50,000 PER MONTH.

===================================================

There needs to be a thorough going-over of the three Clinton Foundations. We need to know who pays/funds the Clinton's lifestyle/political ambitions---- especially b/c Hillary is running for prez. It is important to know to whom the Clinton's are truly indebted.

LET'S STROLL DOWN MEMORY LANE WITH BILL AND HILL As President, Bill Clinton made policies that raised hundreds of billions (if not trillions) of dollars for his obscenely-rich donor/pals.

His North American Free Trade initiative made it easy for, and even encouraged, corporations to outsource jobs and then import their products back into the U.S...... The repeal of Glass-Steagall on his watch sent Wall Street into the money-making frenzy that led to the Great Recession/Depression of 2008......and subsequent taxpayer bailouts.

Mmmmmmm....looks like Virginia voters are OK with flaccid
McAuliffe applying Clinton political muscle to win office.

" Yup, it's in the back seat, Terry. The newest vote fraud meat grinder,
in tip-top shape. Oiled and ready to use on Cuccinelli....complete with
easy do-it-yourself instructions."

DIRECTIONS: Insert Republican here.

It sounds like your professor was in academe rather than business for a reason.

Former Democratic National Committee Chairman Terry McAuliffe was asked about the voice vote to adopt the amendment to bring the word “God” back into the Democrat National Committee platform - No comment.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cncbOEoQbOg

Why in the hell would there even need to be a vote...Why would the Democrats even need to bring up whether or not God was a part of their lives.

Why did Terry McAuliffe not have a comment, something like “Yes, God is a central part of the platform” but instead his party booed God — They booed God!!!

And he wants to be the Governor of Virginia, NOT!!!

Of course he'll give the people of Virginia transparency. Just like Obama's given American generally: transparency modeled on the Romulan cloaking device from Star Trek -- when something's transparent you can't see it.

Dem vows mean nada. Just a crumb for the sheeple. Throw them words of good intentions; throw in a few cell phones; voila, you got 'em.

Actually, I took finance in 1980 about 20 years before Global Crossing. My prof was probably dead by the time global crossing took place.

It just goes to show that you can teach fraudsters new tricks.

Democrats are the masters of deciding what they want to be ‘transparent’.
