Why not? Some people have been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for less.

According to other sources on the internet, Chan shared his vision for North Korea's future and how education was an important tool for the reclusive nation's progression.

I think North Korea has education down pat. Nice camps that teach them everything the Dear Leader wants them to know. How long before we have the same?

Who else could have keep electricity and other Capitalist evil out of the country?

Who else could raise the money to keep the North Korean Concentration camps open?

Who else could live up to the expectation of entire economic apocalypse (as happens in every Communist country) like Kim Dung?

Nobody can run a county with a failed economic system like Kim Dung!

...Except maybe Gaston....or Obama...

We’ve had almost the same control of education for at least 40 years. That’s how our Dear Leader came to power.

How many American university Presidents are berating themselves: “Why didn’t I think of doing that?”
