The $95 penalty-tax is a miniscule part of the problem. These people are nuts (imo). Delaying a miniscule part of the problem or not delaying it won’t do squat.

It’s not a $95 penalty unless you make $9500 a year, above that it is 1% of your income, in 2015 I think its 2% and after that 2.5%

It’s not $95. It’s 1% of your income, whichever is higher. Then it triples every year. They will squeeze you until you join.

1% of my income is not something I am willing to pay!
