Now is the time for Obama to challenge Congress for immigration reform (Ryan backstabber alert)

So, when I sit down and talk to people, I clear the table, so I can see Paul Ryan not as budget chairman, not as somebody whose budget I have voted and will always vote against, but as a friend and an ally to free 11 million people. So, I create new friendships and new relationships in regards to comprehensive immigration reform, because, let’s face it, Democrats didn’t do it in 2007, 2008—we were in the majority. Democrats didn’t do it in 2009 and 2010—we were in the majority. Now we’ve got to do it. We have a majority in the Senate. They’ve done their job. And I have to figure out a way to take our minority of 201 Democrats and get to 218 votes. There’s only one way you can do that, and that’s working with Republicans. We must put the lives—

The writer essentially states that they will need Republican Quislings in the House. Paul Ryan is one who has displayed his true colors.

Slight possibility the GOPtards could be useful, but only if they finally help in destroying the “race card.”

The Obama regime can’t be trusted to be either competent or honest.

And he wants to be President. We really need to rethink our alliance with corporatists like Pablo Ryan.

I see Paul Ryan not as a budget negotiator, but a traitor who is willing to sell out his country.

Ryan is nothing more than a GOPe corporatist. Bought and paid for by the Open Borders Lobby who’s mission is to drive wages into the cellar.

They simply don’t give a damn about what the average taxpayer is going through in this country anymore.

Nothing is ever going to happen on immigration reform until the government can prove they can handle border security (e-identification, employer penalities, perhaps a guest-worker prgram, actual deportation of illegal aliens, etc). Until voters are guaranteed and shown this system in place an working, amnesty will never happen, period. And all the the so-called immigration rights groups can go blow as far as I’m concerned. Again, if they want to even sniff any form of amnesty, they first need to support, implement, and then prove with data and facts to everyone a real border security operation is in place. That’s the deal....get it?

Did anyone honestly not think a TARPer like Ryan would be for anything other than amnesty?

I still chuckle at the people who actually defended him in 2012. lol

Agreed. Ryan is now simply in to feathering his nest. He’s now a DC insider.

Right on, Ryan... Right off yet another humiliating Repukelican defeat to the jug-eared moron fascist wannabe, due to your gutless, ball-less, and limp-wristed leadership, let's assist the POS by putting in the final nail in the country's coffin. Dumba$$.

How in the HELL did we get so many of these clueless POS?!

Perhaps Ryan should rethink this. He was elected to do what the people want; not to pick and choose what he wants.

" . . . I can see Paul Ryan not as budget chairman, not as somebody whose budget I have voted and will always vote against . . . "

Basically, I will refuse to even consider anything Ryan wants, but I want him to give me what I want.

Right. We don't have a big enough problem with the disater that is ObamaCare. We need to pile 30 million illegals into the system, too.
