The argument used to be: 40% of the population always votes democrat and 40% always votes republican. The winner is the candidate who attracts the biggest percentage of the 20% independents. Blacks and Hispanics have never been even closely identified as independents. Money wasted.

waste of time, they will go with who ever is handing out the FREEBIES! This supposed work ethic they have is a myth, they love the FREEBIES as much as the welfare queens. Which is why they have turned all our public hospitals and some private ones into doctor’s offices and never pay a bill.
