The only reason Fidel Castro is alive is because heaven doesn’t want him and hell is afraid he’ll take over.
And when he got really sick a few years ago, they had to import doctors from Spain (or fly him to Spain, I’m not sure which) to keep his sorry backside alive.
So much for the vaunted Cuban “medical care”.
