well you have a working conscience. you still wish you could go back and do things differently, don’t you?

it is the burden one has to carry for mistakes that kill innocent living creatures out of stupid cruelty. God knows you’d do things different if you could, so you have that going for you.

I had a crow in one of my trees that just would not shut up for hours. Took a co2 bb pellet pistol and winged him in the leg, wasn’t trying to kill, just scare off. i kind of felt a little bad but not so much. especially after i have seen what a group of these crows will do to smaller animals like small rabbits and such.

That's hilarious. Just this Friday I had reason to recall the ads in Boy's Life for Remington rifles, which featured short cartoon strips of , e.g., Boy Scouts shooting crows with a Remington rifle. Varmits, you know. No explanation needed.

I was very far from knowing anything about this, but I WAS a Boy Scout, so it made sense to me.
