Obama has made the point moot. His father’s Kenyan birth should have disqualified him.
Well, now you see what the Left's narrative is: since Obama was born in Hawaii (they say), his parentage was irrelevant to citizenship.
Once again, the law doesn't apply to His Obamaness.
“His fathers Kenyan birth should have disqualified him.”
And possibly his adoption by an Indonesian citizen residing in Indonesia.
Having one American parent would be enough if the parent lived here a certain number of years and the baby was born overseas. The problem in Obama’s case if he was born overseas would be that his mother only lived here 4 years after age 14 when it needed to be 5. She was only 18 at his birth. This requirement was lowered to 2 years at some point after his birth.
But even if Obama was determined ineligible, since we can’t retroactively undo his presidency, the Supreme Court should give us one exception to the rule of our own to balance things out in the interest of equal protection. But let’s not push the case since that would open the door for RINO Arnie...
In that case Chester Arthur didn’t make the cut either (father wasn’t a citizen at the time of his birth)
George Romney, father of Mittens, was born AND lived in Mexico, he was a Mexican citizen. Juan McAmesty was born in the Canal Zone.
Lastly, the Kenyan kid’s kid father was born in Kenya, with a 99% certainty that’s where the human teleprompter was born,
inspite of all-knowing-one Bill O’Reilly being “absolutely certain” the Kenyan was born in Hawaii, and all “birthers” are extreme right-wing fanatics that hate the Kenyan and will not believe anything good about him.
“His fathers Kenyan birth should have disqualified him.”
Quite so. And the fact of the natural born citizen standard having been waived for Obama has rendered it a moot point henceforth, forevermore.
Obama’s birth father might have been a Kenyan but his sperm father was a SE Asian communist cult guru named Muhhamid Subuh who mama Stanley Ann dilly dallied with in early travels to SE Asia which she loved so much.
But, wasn’t Obama’s mother an American citizen?
