Top Dem admits ObamaCare could have been 'more precise' about people losing health plans

A top Democratic official conceded Tuesday that the health care overhaul should have been "more precise" in acknowledging the possibility that some Americans would lose their current insurance plans -- even as the White House defended its past statements on the law.
The admission from House Democratic Leader Steny Hoyer comes after a 2010 document emerged that predicted millions might be dropped by their providers.
The document helped explain why thousands are already getting cancellation notices and being guided toward new plans. It also gave new meaning to Nancy Pelosi's infamous remark, shortly before the complex legislation was approved in March 2010, that "we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it."
Hoyer said Tuesday that officials knew some health plans would not qualify under the new ObamaCare regulations. He said the overall message to the public was accurate -- just not precise enough.

These guys wouldn’t recognize the truth if it whacked them in the PP.
Democrats didn’t know. No one told them.
Actually, “accuracy” is the quality of being as close to the real or actual value as possible; in this case, the real value is the absolute truth.
“Precision” is the ability to recreate or repeat a level of accuracy multiple times.
So, if we take Old Steny at his word, then Obama is both a liar, and a chronic liar, as he was neither accurate, nor, according by Hoyer, precise enough.
Sign zee papers.
On a related note, I’m thoroughly enjoying the Obamacare threads over at DU where anyone pissed at the administration over this fiasco is accused of being a right-wing troll.

Does anyone really think that the timing here is incidental? That all this crappola is suddenly being splashed on the front pages and blaring from the TV sets now? With the midterms exactly one year away and the nationals a good three years away?
This is a classic exercise in damage control. They get the bad news out and have plenty of time to talk it to death, minimize the negative impacts, and by the time the elections roll around in the future, it's all "old news".

Every Democrat needs to be voted out of office— The party should be punished for slavishly following Obama. Same with the MSM—No one should by their Propaganda Papers or watch their TV news.
