My niece is married to a Norwegian communist in Oslo. He is thirty and never worked a day in his life outside of some TA type stuff at the university. He spends pretty much every day at the university working on his thesis. (Portugese revolution). Drinks and smokes like a sailor. Suffers from depression. Oh yeah, he is also one of those professional taggers who goes out at night and spray paints the city. He belongs to some collective and his pet cause is that the subways should be free. I am sure there are more wonderful attributes that I have forgotten or simply do not know.
The marriage is already in trouble after two years. Unfortunate for me as he is an endless source of humor and entertainment.
