I am absolutely convinced Hillary screwed this up. It is completely understandable for a country to object to immunity for foreign troops. Japan objects to it. Korea objects to it. But a good diplomat would have smoothed things over and worked out a deal. Hillary did her my-way-or-the-highway act and threw away ten years of effort and four thousand American lives worth of progress.
Dear Iraq:
Please pound the copious amounts of sand that you have.
