Texas does not have State exchanges.

Having said that - my small company is Grandfathered, so we do not have to worry about price increases until November 2014.

I also noticed "acceptable coverages" are already rearing their ugly heads. BlueCross even tried to trick us into changing our renewal date which would have significantly raised our costs.
