thanks for the info.
Sure been quiet in So.California the past week on the ABC7 cam. 2.5 in Fontana a short while ago and that is about all I’ve seen in even the 2 range for a week here.

The quake shook tall buildings in the island’s capital, Taipei. “People were screaming,” one resident said.
USGS has downgraded to a 6.3 now...

That’s pretty shallow for one that large. Not sure about the construction in that area, but in some locations a mag 6+ that shallow will cause some serious damage and casulties.

Strongest one I ever felt. First time actually saw room going side to side ( in all directions ). On 7th floor of building. Had to grab hold of a couch in order to stand .

Just ceiling tiles falling. Live south of Taipei. Probably a few hours before reports from the epicenter come in ( few news crews there)
