I think you’re right.
And yes, any Federal or semi-federal entity (such as the P.O.) obviously has such horrible management patterns that people simply snap. Personally, I think it’s because a lot of the people employed in these services get in through various preferences and, through the same preferences, rise to management, which they are completely unqualified to handle.
Because there’s no real competition, they never feel pushed to become qualified in any way. Some of them are fine, but too many of them aren’t, so it’s the luck of the draw and the odds are against you if you’re an employee.
That said, there are many people who can’t distinguish between their private lives and their work lives and don’t do the simple thing - find another job.
Nothing stopping him from being both...

That photo is in a gate area. Appears his use of deadly force got him through security. I wonder if he was looking for on-break fellow employees. Could have done much more killing if was satisfied with random targets.

Zoomed in the rifle looks like an ar15. Collaspable stock and 30 rd mag which is laying by it.
Oh boy, the real danger now is that their are 100 cops running around with guns out and on dogs to shoot.

If you like your military, you will be able to keep your military. Period.
If you like your generals, you will be able to keep your generals. Period.
No one will take them away. No matter what.
