In the old Communist Police State of the USSR, their One Party “Congress” was just a rubber stamp organization for their “Executive” branch.
In the USSA, their “Democratic” Party-controlled Senate and Dem/RINO-controlled Congress is just a rubber stamp organization for the “Executive” branch.
