absolute crap. the president has been talking about ACA non-stop for three years, and public support has dropped every time he has opened his mouth about it. if he hasn't "sold it" yet, he never will.
he will mention (a) preexisting conditions, (b) 26 year olds, and (c) bending the cost curve down, but probably not (d) if you like your doctor, you can keep him. I don't think even BHO has the stones for that anymore.
