No I haven’t. My Dad was in from 1941 - 1947. He always had a place for everything. The towel ‘station’, the medicine ‘station’, the fill in the blank ‘station’. And it had better be there! And no more than a five minute shower. LOL!

So much like my father, except it was the towel locker, the medicine locker and so on. :) When I was in high school he wanted all of the girls in our family to have hair down to our waists, but to wash it with bar bath soap. He was almost completely inflexible. :)

From about he time I was eight, he began teaching me defensive techniques. At about the same time, he insisted that we wear boy's high top black basketball shoes with our party dresses. That didn't last long, but it was really quite an experience.

My sister’s had to go through similar things. We boys just had to keep short hair. That didn’t work either. :)
