If she’s tying her hopes to Chris Christie then she’s likely to be disappointed.
I should add the Pearce is NM’s District Two rep which is the entire southern portion of the state directly adjacent to the Mexican border. He has won with over 60% of the vote including many Latinos who have good paying jobs due to the oil and gas drilling and production industry.
I believe any GOP candidate would be hindered tying their hopes for office to Christie.
