Makes no sense. Apparently some dude named “Sexual Assault” is somehow involved in the U.S. military chain of command.

K. Gillibrand is pushing a bill that will remove the chain of command from sexual assault cases in the military. The Pentagon opposes, along with a lot of lawmakers. Two high-profile GOP senators backing her is a big pick-up.
