What is coming up is legal sale of recreational marijuana. With this tax, I suspect there will be a lot more "sick" people buying the "medical" stuff.
Store fronts. Right now medical pot shops. Come January, the same but drop the ‘medical’ term. Pot is legal in Colorado up to 1 ounce but not to buy without a medical license. Come January pot is legal to buy from licensed dealers. Licensed dealers are currently those medical shops.
Don’t forget, booze was also a medicinal use only item during prohibition.
