I didn’t convict the police on the word this man or his lawyer. I read the original investigative reporter who states he has read the medical records and warrant (the medical records were provided to him). He put together the timeline and all of the exams.

The warrant was to be executed by said time in said county, both violated.

The exams performed were invasive, unnecessary when other less invasive modalities were available, and dangerous. All to find a pack of drugs? How was anything beyond the initial x-ray reasonable?

Read this again; Then why do so many here convict the cops on the word of a perp, his lawyer or the media?
