While hearings have been going on in Washington to get to the bottom of the Obamacare debacle, South Carolina has been holding its own hearings to see whether or not it can pass a law to nullify Obamacare within the state. Watch: Read more at The Right Scoop

Go, SC!!
Lindsey Graham will be very upset.
Miss Lindsey either has her panties in a bunch, or a bunch in her panties.

If necessary (and it is fully justifiable if lesser means fail), they have a model for the last resort in nullify unconstitutional federal actions that infringe on the rights of their citizens.
That’s SOP when you’re a fraud. Had to laugh at her latest false flag op. I don’t think she’s fooling anyone this time around, but there ARE a lot of idiots out there!
Now there’s a governor with the testicular fortitude to inspire my admiration!
I would think nullification would be perfect for a lot of states right now,
SDF: Just hearings. May or may not take up a bill or two in January.
JimRob: Thanks for the encouragement to SC. Right back at ya.
DNAL: Not sure this is Nikki’s doing.
Officials are so aware of lawsuits. Why not just act like one of the United States of America, nullify it, and keep on nullifying it. What’s the big sweat and expense in that?
Go for it. Be funny to see the Dems go to court and try to defend ObamaCare.
I would like to see the Fla. legislature nullify it. They went against Gov. Scott on expanding medicaid. We have a federal exchange here. The longer this drags on the more appealing a nullification would be for the states. LOL!!! Do they really want mobs in the streets with pitch forks when their ins. is cancelled and they have no alternative? Especially when they have an emergency!
