Chris Christie criticized strategists for Mitt Romneys 2012 presidential campaign on Sunday, saying no one should give a darn about their political advice, but the New Jersey Republican governor isnt nearly as dismissive of their input as he lets on.
During his re-election campaign this year, Christie hired a political consultancy firm run by Romneys former top strategists and paid more than $46,000 for their services.
According to his campaign financial reports, Christie paid $46,007.29 (plus $251 for transportation/parking) to the Stevens & Schriefer Group, which is run by Romneys former senior strategists Stuart Stevens and Russell Schriefer. While Stevens did not work on Christies campaign, Schriefer and Ashley O'Connor, another partner in the firm who worked with Romney, were paid to advise Christie on advertising.
Political advice from people who ran the Romney campaign is probably something nobody should really give a darn about, Christie said on Sunday during an interview on ABCs This Week.

RE: Chris Christie paid $46K for advice from former Romney advisers
Hey, but it’s hard to argue with victory.
That $46k would have been better spent by the RNC in Virginia for Cuccinelli and Obenshain instead of for the bloated Jersey RINO who never was in jeopardy of losing.
Well someone forgot to tell Willard’s campaign he was running for President and not another term as Governor of Mass.
Willard’s campaign was nothing but a successful scam to line the pockets Karl Rove and the other RNC-GOP-e cronies.
Peanuts spent to keep them quiet
Back in the good ol days the politicians used to pay cash to the voters. Now the insiders extort money FROM the voters keep it all for themselves.
A fool and his money...
I have a family member whom the GOP solicited last Spring for a contribution. They brought up the gubernatorial race and how desperately the GOP needed funds. Unfortunately, she realizes now that the check she offered up for the Commonwealth races was given to Christie instead.
He could have just claimed he was half Kenyan and half “typical white folk” for free.
yup , you got that right- and Reince Priebus? he can go to hockeysticks-a more than useless eater.(not that i ever counted on him)
