Let's see. Since labor is only 25% of the retail price(food industry average) then; if wages go up 25% then the price of the happy meal goes from up 6.25% NOT 25%.

And the processors of those mcnuggets go up 6.25% and the trucking charges to get it there go up 6.25% and the paper supplies go up 6.25% and the utilities go up 6.25% and the buns go up 6.25%...
