I read on another thread yesterday(?) that they were going to count those who have their applications still in the cart - i.e., on hold, or those who just tried to see what it would cost them. If they just counted those who actually signed up and PAID, that number would be in the single digits.
Those who get to scarf up everything for free, I'm sure, ran to sign up for the handout. The freeloaders will be counted as "costumers", too.

Pay close attention to the words oboma uses. Unless he says ..."signed up and PAID their first premium", then it doesn't count. He's decieving again.
