PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Pittsburgh Police dispatch reports that they are responding to a possible shooting at Brashear High School.
Police and other emergency personnel are on the scene of the high school.
Pittsburgh Police dispatch will only confirm that they are getting reports of at least three people shot.

Latest local coverage details:
3 perps, all black, dressed completely in black, came out of nearby woods and opened fire shortly after the school’s dismissal.
One victim grazed in the head, one in the side, and one shot in the ankle. All taken to local hospitals, and injuries said to be life-threatening.
Police currently searching the woods. PA Route 51 near the school has been closed, avoid the area.
Great. Pittsburgh is turning into Chicago.
Strike that, injuries said to be NON-life threatening.
Whoever these guys were, they were lousy shots.

First Ive heard of it being 3 perps..on Fox News homo Shep keeps on referring to the shooter as the “Gunman” NOT “Gunmen” my guess, gang related shooting..either an initiation or the 3 who were shot were specifically targeted..let me guess..the perps..SOBs..Sons of Obama
Year before last the district closed Langley High, which is in a part of town where civilization ended very rapidly over the past 2 decades. Those kids were consolidated into Brashear. Word on the street is the criminal element from Brashear and the criminal element from Langley do not get along at all. Likely at the root of this.
Brashear also has a new principal, as theirs was hastily transferred to a nearby elementary school for damage control after that principal was arrested for exposing himself to minors in the sauna at LA Fitness.
I wouldn’t trust Shep. He’s always so busy being outraged, he messes up the story’s details.
Residents in the nearby neighborhood now being asked to “shelter in place” as police continue to search the woods for 3 shooters.
Three separate gunmen, dressed like ninjas, each shoot a single individual, each individual receives a non-life-threatening bullet wound and the ninjas retreat.

In the past school year, Brashear officials reported 138 offenders involved in 97 incidents, including three simple assaults on students, 47 fights, two thefts, two bullying cases, nine small weapon possessions, one case of vandalism, one criminal trespass, 13 controlled substance uses and 19 students caught smoking or selling cigarettes.
No guns were involved and none resulted in either arrest or intervention with local law enforcement.

UPDATE 3:49PM EST: Police with K9?s, Aviation Units, and SWAT Teams are searching the nearby woods for at least one shooter. It is not known at this time if there is more than one shooter.
UPDATE 3:43PM EST: The Middle School across from Brashear High School is now in lockdown as well.

For a school with 1500 kids, those numbers are probably pretty typical.
Keep in mind “weapons possession” could include a pen knife, and “criminal trespass” could include going through a fire door into the adjoining South Hills Middle School.
