Top American lawyer and author Andrew McCarthy, who prosecuted the World Trade Center bombers after the 1993 attacks, accused Barack Obama of serial fraud tonight on The Kelly Files. Andrew told Megyn Kelly:
“If ever there has been a fraud on the entire American people it’s this one. And, I would say, Megyn, this business about, “you want your plan, you keep your plan,” is just the beginning of it… We’re talking about serial fraud on multiple levels and multiple level misrepresentations… This is an ‘in your face’ almost a crude fraud… The remedy the Framers gave us for reigning in executive excess especially if it gets this abusive is impeachment. Impeachment is a political remedy not a legal remedy… This is a big scandalous scheme and the more you look at it, systematic dishonesty is rife all the way through it.”

Any Republican President committing a similar fraud would have been hounded to resign by the press if not being brought up for impeachment. Nothing will happen to Obama who will play the race card to the max and will not be deserted by the MSM. Obama could commit mass murder on live TV and not be in any danger of impeachment.

Rush hasn’t called for it, but he’s begun using the word impeachable in his commentary to describe this fraud.

You nailed that. I agree. I don't listen to these people that say the senate would never convict. It would take a new senate - yes, and the investigation and articles of impeachment wouldn't even be ready for another year from now. . . There is more coming.

I lost a good friend back in 2008 by using this word and stating this fact from the beginning. The weirdest part was that he wasn't even an American nor lived in the U.S. I wonder what he thinks now, as if any liberal can ever think outside their own ideology.
The best we could hope for is a sudden disclosure of some health issue within his family and his resignation in order to spend more time with them.
Biden or Boehner would serve out his term and Hillary would be elected in a landslide of Democrat partisanship to *save America from the evil GOP*.

obama has disqualified himself from resignation because only honorable people do honorable things.
