Howie tweet:
“Upon release from prison will be on probation for five years....” whitey looks much heavier than at beginning of trial. hands crossed
Two life terms but the good news for him is “5 years probation after release”...hmm.
more from Howie: Next question: how much “restitution” is Jay Carney going to be ordered to make for his $2.7 million legal fee from the taxpayers? judge advises whitey of appellate rights, more boilerplate. do you understand sir? (Nods, doesn’t say anything.) Prosecutor asks for sidebar conference. doesn’t look like he’s going to speak again today.
Laurel: #Bulger has 14 days to file a notice of appeal.
No reaction from families when sentence was imposed.#Bulger
Pimp: so, how much did you make last night?
Very old whore: $17.10
Pimp: $17.10??? who gave you 10 cents??
Very old whore: Everybody gave me 10 cents.
Problem is — those are Massachusetts life terms.
We are going to miss ole Whitey running up and down Route 3 in his faux motorcade. They shoulda made him jog back and forth to his court appearances.
He’s going to be an old man when he gets out
Fed court not MA. This is why we got no cameras.
So he wasn’t facing a Comm. of MA court.
He may still face courts in OK and FL and
they have death penalty.Even if he gets that he
most likely will die in prison. He’s 84.
Fed court not MA.
Whoops. Nevermind! /Emily Litella
Yup! No prob.
And while Whitey’s brother Jackie did show up at one point his other brother Billy, former MA Senate prez, did not “deem it appropriate” to show up at the trial. At all. Nice support!
