We cannot get costs under control without taking on torte reform and Medicare fraud.
We would be wise to find a solution to the problem of pre-existing conditions.
There is no reason why people should not have the option of choosing from plans from companies all over the country.

I agree. "Let's go back to how it was before!" is a loser. There are significant problems that have to be addressed. Obamacare is obviously making those problems much, much worse, but that doesn't change the fact that they need to be fixed.
Why do we need to pay for tort reform and medicare fraud???
That can and should be handled by lawsuit abuse statutes at the state level...and medicare fraud has to be a law enforcement commitment at both the state and federal level...if those efforts are not supported by both a financial and political commitment...then we are spinning our wheels...
And as a reminder, this ENTIRE Act had NOTHING TO DO WITH HEALTHCARE...It does have everything to do with revenue collection and redistribution of that revenue for votes, political status and position...The fact that some people, entities are seeking waivers and subsidies to cover the extreme cost to them is absolutely the reason to totally decimate, destroy and humiliate the communist political ideology that birthed this freedom and liberty sucking endeavor!!!
The people in this country are free to live a lifestyle as they see fit, so there is no need to try and curb an individual choice to live a certain way because they will eventually pay for it themselves in the end...In most cases, so in my opinion it doesn’t immediately impact this particular issue...
You are absolutely right, people should be able to choose whether or not to secure healthcare policies for themselves if they wish...Why should we support an effort to violate another persons personal choices???
The democrats are always going to find some way to insert and support some form of government intrusion in our lives... We need to remain vigilant to stop this type of incrementalism towards an overbearing federal government...
Repeal, do not fix, and restore original personal freedoms, choices and liberties...
