Obama didn’t keep his word on health care or Syria, so why should he be trusted on Iran? Watch ECI’s new TV ad: http://youtu.be/jUJv4Ybr_RY

I’d seriously like to hear what these “senate dems” actually wanted him to do/say about it, or if they don’t have a clue and were looking to him to save their bacon.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) also said earlier on Thursday that House Democrats would move their own legislation to address problems with the law that would complement Obama’s solution.

*THIS* barely-constrained nutbag will offer ANYTHING??!? She CAUSED it, and has made utterly "Wonderlandian" remarks thereafter.

Her version of an Obamacare fix will likely be a Federal law imposing strong penalties for harvesting wild boars in Texas.

RE :”I’d seriously like to hear what these “senate dems” actually wanted him to do/say about it, or if they don’t have a clue and were looking to him to save their bacon.”

Me too!

From what they were saying on the Morning Joe which has merciless on this rollout is that Senate Dems feel like they need to go on record voting for a *fix* even it it amounts to nothing getting into law, to cover their rears 2014.

Problem is those fixes either do nothing or undermine Obamacare which is why Obama came out with symbolic statement,

I love the ending of that video. Unfortunately, that actually could happen.

Silicon Valley turns on Obama: ‘F*ck these guys’...

Google’s executive chairman coached Obama’s campaign team; executives from Craigslist, Napster, and Linkedin helped him fundraise; and when the dust settled, Obama had won nine counties in the liberal and tech-heavy Bay Area, scoring 84 percent of the vote in San Francisco. But a little over a year later, following explosive allegations from former NSA contractor Edward Snowden that the government is exploiting tech companies to spy on Americans, some members of Silicon Valley are taking a new perspective: “F-— these guys.”

Obama tries to quell Dem rebellion ".......[Big SNIP] But here’s the thing: No matter what Dems continue to say — and no matter how hard Republicans try to foment disarray among them — it’s far from clear that any legislative fix can pass and go to the president. As one senior Senate Democratic leadership aide put it candidly to me: ” House Republicans won’t support the Landrieu bill. Upton wouldn’t pass here. So nothing will pass both Houses and get to the president.”

All of which is to say that all of the chips have been placed on Obama’s administrative fix. That’s probably the only fix we’re getting, and the rest of the machinations among Dems are probably going to amount to little more than noise and posturing. Indeed, even Obama’s fix, if insurers don’t play along, is probably not going to be a major factor.

So we’re back where we’ve always been: All that really matters is whether the law works over the long haul, and the fate of Dem lawmakers is heavily bound up in that outcome. Dems should probably just resign themselves to that political reality and do all they can to make the law a success, and to communicate to constituents that patience and a long view are necessary."

Dr. Manny: President’s speech puts more Americans at risk

What am I supposed to tell my patients? How do I counsel a woman who is looking to me to help plan her pregnancy when she has multiple high-risk factors? How do I tell the woman who just lost her insurance that we have to enroll her in another clinical care service so that she can have continuity of care?

During his speech, the president heavily relied on the fact that the system was broken before the ObamaCare debacle. Yes, the system was broken, but at least we were able to identify what those problems were. Now, we have even more problems piling up, and it seems that he doesn’t know how to begin addressing them.

As a child, I used to love the tale of the “Emperor’s New Clothes,” a story about a proud ruler, tricked into walking naked through the streets. None of his subjects dared to tell the him he wasn’t wearing any clothing, for fear that they would be considered stupid or incompetent. That tale reminds me: Rather than tell Obama he is wearing no clothes, the American people need to stand up and tell the president, “You have no solutions.”

“We’re moving forward on the legislation that [Jeanne] Shaheen and [Mark] Udall and I sponsored,” Begich said. “I’d make it permanent if I could but I’m thinking at least two years should be on the table.”

Definitely need a 2 year extension to make sure the voters don't start getting the first round of cancellations in October and early November next year.

Pelosi is on-record of saying “We have to pass it to see what is in it”
Now we know what was in it.

Pelosi is scared!
