No one is getting Obama out of jail. At this point it will be kind of hard to do anyway! If you missed his press conference it didn’t go over so well even with lunatic liberals.
The vast sea of idiots out there haven't even gotten around to trying to sign up on the exchanges. They are going to wait until December 31. If the Republicans have "fixed" things by then, then they won't even notice that Obama screwed the pooch.
Also, the insurance companies revamped their plans and repriced them assuming Obamacare would go into effect by next year. Now if they are forced to allow some folks to pay less than they had intended them to pay, then they will have to charge the rest of the people even more.
I think the best strategy the Republicans could have had all along was to force Obama to follow the letter of the law.
The sooner they move back toward that strategy the better for the Republic going forward. It may hurt millions of Americans in the short run, but I believe it is best if we force Obama to follow the law. Just like the Democrats forced Nixon to when he was president.
After all, even liberals are starting to equate the Obama residency with the Nixon presidency.
