Obama knows Obamacare is dead but he is going to slowly dissolve it through Executive Orders that way the GOP can't get credit for killing it and it mitigates the risk the Rats have for next election.

Obamacare case is being sent to a death panel to determine if it is worth the expense to save it.

The beginning of the death spiral was the day it became unpopular, he is simply seeing the nose down from the flat spin and heading down. A tenured professor writing American policy is clearly why it is a disaster.

Well, let's not be too hasty here.
As unfortunate as this sounds, I think Americans ought not be shielded from some sizeable pain inflicted by Obamacare.
No one wants to see people suffer, but the hope is that there is enough suffering felt that wakes Americans up from their slumber and jars them to their senses!
Americans voted for Obama - twice - on the promise of hope and change and renewed liberalism. Let Americans feel the frontal impact of what Liberlism/Marxism really means.
Sometimes corporal punishment is warranted as a means of healthy correction.

"That could be the beginning of a death spiral," said Cutler. "That is, you could have a situation where the only people in the exchanges are very unhealthy people with very high premiums." And so begins ObamaCare II.

The turf’s first orbit of the bowl was the website rollout. The second orbit was the mass policy cancellations. Obama’s ‘fix’ is hopefully the last before it goes down the pipe.

We can only hope that the end of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 is nearing. The only honest part of that title is “2010”, everything else is a complete oxymoron and contradiction of reality. There is no “patient protection” and the care provided (if any) is clearly not in the affordable range.
A death spiral would be a mercy. The actual course of events will be several rescue missions sent up to spread a “safety net” which will inevitably fail and of course, a suicide squad will be sent in to try to get the perpetrators, er, victims of this failure to safety and to lift the onus of blame from them.
The impact will still be spectacular. And cause the greatest amount of damage short of a meteor strike.

This is the problem with ALL collectivist schemes.
The takers sign up in droves,
and the makers have to be forced at gunpoint to join up to support them.

Be careful Cutler....what you're saying here is that the free market operates more fairly than Socialism and even though every person with 2 brain cells to rub together knows that is true, you aren't supposed to go on National television and elude to it.
