My understanding is that she spoke with “people” at the scene of the accident. Witnesses said she was driving very fast. At least one woman described blood [I don’t know how much or where].
Even through this young lady had high blood alcohol, her actions may have been from shock or the effects of the accident.
There are no winners here.
