I don’t really know but law enforcement should have that video. That guy is angry and frustrated and could be dangerous.

The evidence (video) could be argued that it was illegally obtained without the consent of the recorded...

All kidding aside, this will depend upon the DA, and if they choose to view the recording and decide to charge the person with making a terroristic threat...It depends on that states laws regarding such threats...
